Do you feel you have tried everything without success? Don’t give up! You are my favorite kind of client as you are obviously highly motivated (you are still looking for solutions!) and it’s even more satisfying when you realise you can improve with a more whole body approach.
I am passionate about my approach. I identify the key dysfunctions driving the problem, rather than just treating the symptoms. I use a combination of manual therapy, acupuncture, movement rehabilitation and home exercise programs to provide long term solutions to your injury and pain.
Pain and injury lead to changes in the way we move - and it’s often these acquired faulty movement patterns that perpetuate the pain and dysfunction. Until these movement patterns are corrected, the body will continue to complain. What started as a sore knee, becomes a sore hip, sore back, sore shoulder and so on. If you only treat the symptoms, the problem will usually recur.
Clients are able to get back to doing the things they love - be it gardening, walking, running, climbing, music, surfing, golf, camping, bird watching, painting, sport....whatever puts a smile on their face! This is what gives me the greatest pleasure from my work.
